Installer arrived and first stated he couldn’t get up our hill to the house. My husband brought up in our truck. He then looked at the waterline he was to install and said he couldn’t do it too long ( I explained the distance at the store when I purchased the service). We ended up having a local plumber do the job

Very unhappy with the installation of this. The installer said that we didn’t pay to have him actually run the line from the water pipe to the refrigerator and told us he could do it but it would cost us more. We had no choice but to pay him extra to do this because we had to get it done right away! I would give this a zero star but I had to click in a star!

Great service from Best Buy wouldn’t buy my appliances From anywhere wlse.

Should have written this one months ago. The crew was on time, explained everything clearly, worked efficiently.

They couldn’t fix because the house remodeled but they were nice they returned a refund

Unable to assess. Team came out, and determined what needed to be done was outside the scope of the Geek Squad. They referred me to seek the services of an outside plumber. The charge for the service was later refunded, but I was still left without water for my ice maker. This issue had been dragging on for a few months now, with several calls, never answers, and no outcome. Very disappointed.

Told one price, paid for it, and then they sold my install to a 3rd party that charged me another $130 to do what I already paid for. Only reason I had Best Buy install the water line for the Refridgerator I bought at Best Buy, was I thought all was going to be done one day buy Best Buy employees. 3rd party installer now at my house with my 18 year old daughter. I do not like this, and the double charge is crazy. Never using Best Buy for anything again.

2 different people have come to my house and both said they couldn't get the water line to my new fridge because of where it is in the kitchen??? Either way, I have waited on hold for longer 20 minutes today and can't get anyone on the phone to issue a refund for work that was never done. Please fix the money or get someone to put the water line
