    The installation was not bad I had install by Best Buy professionals , it was done neat and fast . It works pretty good .

    I would like to give zero ,installation was late for 4 hour and not installed new water line ,installation team said ,there are just hook up not to install any thing .Therefore sell person indicate package I buy will in cloud new Walter pip line install.

    This has been a horrible experience. Purchased the installation on 2/12, installation was scheduled for 2/18 and still waiting for a tech to call me. Horrible Horrible customer service that’s so laxed and always getting back to me. I need a refund and confirmation of installation date.

    Water line never got installed. I got a new fridge and nothing got done. I had an appointment for a seperate installation date and they cancelled it without every checking if it should be cancelled with the customer. Terrible service and incredibly dissatisfied. I ended up doing the work myself.
