Delivery was scheduled to happen December 7th. Was notified on December 7th that it could not be delivered until February 3rd 2022. Best buy guy said it was in the back with our name on it he’ll try to get it delivered; give em 24 hours to hear something back …. That was a week ago, still nothing

This has been a horrible experience. Purchased the installation on 2/12, installation was scheduled for 2/18 and still waiting for a tech to call me. Horrible Horrible customer service that’s so laxed and always getting back to me. I need a refund and confirmation of installation date.

The transportation department did not send the corresponding water pipes, causing us to pay the installer an additional $150. Just bought a water pipe and the corresponding labor. The customer service department has not yet given us any explanation regarding this error. You can consider whether you need this service.

It’s a nice fridge, al little smaller than the old one but much more Efficient

Make sure this is added to every delivery or they won’t bring into your home.

The first one that was delivered was damaged and the people that delivered it marked up my new cabinets very badly the second one that they brought by a different company were very professional and did a good job but they did not have to hook it up being that the 1 st guys did that so I'm not sure how to rate this one

Horrible , the company didnt even hook up the water line took pics told me that he was going to contact best buy to let them know and I should get a refund , he did not tell best buy I had to call and tell them that they did not complete the the water connect and I should not be charged .
