Did not connect water line and kept my money

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Horrible , the company didnt even hook up the water line took pics told me that he was going to contact best buy to let them know and I should get a refund , he did not tell best buy I had to call and tell them that they did not complete the the water connect and I should not be charged .

What's this valve at the end of the water line?

Although the installers connected the water line for ice and water dispensing... I had to call for another team to come back at another time to TURN ON THE WATER TO THE WATER LINE.
