    Terrible Customer Service. Processes snd procedures are not customer focused at all. Long hold times when there is a problem. Sales people are not really trained on processes. A total disconnect between sales-delivery-services. Mgt and supervisors have no problem solving skills. F-

    Service man did not install new water line connection. Said he didn't go under the floor. Therefore, the new service was not installed. Was suppose to receive a credit on my account put never got that either. Called the store (Christiansburg, Va.) kept getting the run away, no one could seem to help me ???? Just gave up

    I was not happy with the service. It was completely obvious that they didn’t know how to do the job. They just dropped off the new one somewhere in the kitchen and left. The old one was connected to the water line.
