    They weren’t able to connect the water line properly and couldn’t even tested. Great sales pitch sale vs what you actually get.

    The fridge was missing a tray for the door have been trying to get the part and all that you get is the run around they need to stop outsourcing to these foregin countries and stick with American.

    Extremely unhappy just a warning they use a third-party which is sketchy somebody you probably would even want in your home. The first time I’m very disappointed with Best Buy. This has not been resolved as promised by Best Buy warning

    I pay to install NEW WATER LINE, BUT THEY ONLY CONECT HOSES AND POWER CORD ON THE POWER OUTLET... according TECHNICIAN THIS JOB I NEED PAY A PLUMBER TO DO. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!

    I bought my mom some new appliances as a gift and the delivery people said that it wasn’t their job to install the water line. Which is literally what the service is for. They literally charged us to plug in the refrigerator into the outlet. “So advanced”
