Showed up on time and no problems with installation.

The guy sent didn't have proper tools or equipment, He could barely walk down the stairs to the waterline he needed to tap into, he tried to double the price as well. I hired a local plumber for $100 less than the price he said he would charge.

Did what needed done to get the water line from the sink to the fridge.

Absolutely horrible! Team did not want to do anything. Complained from the minute they walked into my house. Did not have to do much, but didn't show up once, and when they did, complained the entire time. And it was an easy installation.

These people are also friendly! Any questions you have they can answer for you!

No one ever showed up. Called customer service and ended up having to pick up from the store. 2 trailers and a uhaul later we were finally able to get it into the van. Really disappointed with this service, really stressful and frustrating during a move.

I was told we needed to call a plumber by the delivery people's dispatcher. Best Buy gave us our money back after we went back to the store and had them call these people. I called a plumber and had the line installed a week later costing us $10 less. So it was a win for us. So unless Best Buy changes their delivery people I would not have them do this work.

This kit was used for my installation and it worked well.

Horrible. It was rescheduled after three missed appointments to January 5 without our knowledge. I just called to confirm on january 4 and there is no appointment. This has been a nightmare. We will never purchase from Best Buy again.

They got there before my refrigerator and stated they couldn’t install until refrigerator was on site. We agreed to have them come back a week later. I haven’t heard from them since so the service I paid $125 for is still not complete.

I told the salesman i live in a colonial with no basement--on a slab & he still tried to sell me a waterline. The guys came out & got mad that he had done that & the job was cancelled and money refunded. I dont have any issue with the installers...it was just something that should not have happened the way it did. Anyways, everything was resolved.

It took over 2 months to connect it. At the first time nobody showed up and nobody notified me. The warranty started when unit was delivered but was not connected due to Best Buy. I’ve never experienced something like this.

This was a horrible experience from the many agents I spoke too. Total breakdown from delivery to the canceled item. Never again.

I had them remove my old appliances and put them in my uhaul truck. Good attitude.

They did NOT set up the water/ice maker. The service was NOT completed. The men who came said that all I needed to do was contact Best Buy to get a refund of $25.00 because they were not “allowed” to go into the crawl space to hook the water supply to the refrigerator.
