They did come and fix it right, but did not use the stainless waterline they required us to purchase, and the installer took it with him so we can’t get our $ back. We filed an insurance claim, but it has been 2 weeks and insurance company won’t return our calls or emails. Very frustrating!

The worst delivery service and technicians ever. No communication from sales to delivery team. Not professional about. I even witnessed an argument between sales guy and delivery team while on site

Horrible. It was rescheduled after three missed appointments to January 5 without our knowledge. I just called to confirm on january 4 and there is no appointment. This has been a nightmare. We will never purchase from Best Buy again.

They got there before my refrigerator and stated they couldn’t install until refrigerator was on site. We agreed to have them come back a week later. I haven’t heard from them since so the service I paid $125 for is still not complete.

They did NOT set up the water/ice maker. The service was NOT completed. The men who came said that all I needed to do was contact Best Buy to get a refund of $25.00 because they were not “allowed” to go into the crawl space to hook the water supply to the refrigerator.

Tech was done quickly and the water in my new frig works great

The guys were running late but luckily they made it that night. The installation didn't take any longer than 10 minutes. Just make sure that your fridge is on the same side as your sink. We didn't know that and had to move our fridge. Luckily we had the space to do so. Other than that everything is working great!

I'll will recommend to all my friends and family. Great for my dishwasher.

Best Buy guys did a great job when installing my new fridge and water line.

Might as well not order this. The delivery people recommended I call a plumber for installing the water line. I called geek squad and they submitted a refund. I would have had the water line prepared ahead of time if I had known this wouldn't get done by best buy.

Installers conducted a fast and professional installation.

My waterline was installed quickly and so far I haven't had any issues
