Installation of refrigerator with water dispenser went flawlessly.

They did come and fix it right, but did not use the stainless waterline they required us to purchase, and the installer took it with him so we can’t get our $ back. We filed an insurance claim, but it has been 2 weeks and insurance company won’t return our calls or emails. Very frustrating!

The guys were nice, very informative and quick at the set up.

Instillation was not done on time . Guys come in not aware of what they were supposed to do. Guys Did a very sloppy job messed up my cupboard with holes for running the wire . Very unprofessionally done

Best Buy has the coolest guys to install water lines, they did a great job.

Driver made a feeble attempt to unhook water line when he could not do it left the new unit it in family room This was a rental unit and I was not notified of the problem A handy man who works in the complex un hooked the line Without any problems

Might as well not order this. The delivery people recommended I call a plumber for installing the water line. I called geek squad and they submitted a refund. I would have had the water line prepared ahead of time if I had known this wouldn't get done by best buy.

The technician hooked up the hot water line to go to the ice maker for our new Samsung refrigerator. I had to pay again to have it corrected.

The guys were awesome, did there job were very nice and very clean

The guys were running late but luckily they made it that night. The installation didn't take any longer than 10 minutes. Just make sure that your fridge is on the same side as your sink. We didn't know that and had to move our fridge. Luckily we had the space to do so. Other than that everything is working great!

The person who came to install our water line was awful. The whole experience could not have been worse. To sum it up....our fridge was leaking, he stood up said it’s not his responsibility and left. All I’m going to say, the rest that happened you can just imagine. 1 Star is too much.
