1 Star is being nice

The whole experience could not have been worse. To sum it up....our fridge was leaking, he stood up said it’s not his responsibility and left. All I’m going to say, the rest that happened you can just imagine. 1 Star is too much.

Delivery people didn't do the job

The delivery people were adamant that all they had to do was drop off the refrigerator. I had to do everything myself, and got no refund.

Worse service

Guys come in not aware of what they were supposed to do. Guys Did a very sloppy job messed up my cupboard with holes for running the wire . Very unprofessionally done

Water Line Failure

The install guys didn’t seem to want to install the water line and calling Beat Buy to get it sorted out was a complete headache. Just get a plumber or handyman to install your water line.
