Ice marker install

They used the old water line and charged over 100.00 to do it. Contacted Customer Service and they said there was nothing they could do about it.

Horrible Third Party Installer

The Best Buy representatives were just as confused when I asked for a refund, but the Best Buy team was fantastic and gave me a full refund for the service.

Waterline broke after 2 weeks

I called to have someone come and look at the problems with the instillation by Best Buy’s team. Not only did no one show up for the “appointment,” but I am still without a working ice maker.
