Still isn't complete

The told me they would be back within a week, and I never heard from them. After waiting 2 weeks, I contact Best Buy, scheduled another install, and they didn't show up either.

Took two different install teams to get it right.

Installer showed up and said that if I wanted a copper line "he was out of here". I went to store and had to arrange anoter insaller which ment another appointment and another half day home to wait. Very inconvenient.

Third Party Install is a Nightmare

Could not create water line

I am still being charged for a service that was never completed. They will not install a new line. They can only connect to existing line.

I was told to wait a few weeks and they would contact me about it. Still no contact, still not connected and I cannot request a refund online and customer service was not helpful.

Waterline

The installer came and said the job was a two person job and left. I had to wait over a week to have the job completed. The job was done well but I had to take an extra day off from work and feel as though I should be compensated in some way for the inconvenience.
