    They took my installation and new dedicated waterline when they did NOT installed it. I had to go out in this COVID-19 Atmosphere to find and buy another one and they never credit me for the one I purchased and paid for from Best Buy

    They were not able to complete. I am still being charged for a service that was never completed. They will not install a new line. They can only connect to existing line.

    Bootleg plumber charged me extra to install the waterline for the new fridge and messed up the water pressure in my house. The when asked to fix it he said he didn’t know why or how.

    When they came to install the refrigerator and water line they stated we didn't have the right plumbing so it wasn't done and my money for that still hasn't been refunded, called multiple times and still getting the run around.

    I live in a mobile home so the water line to my fridge was not put in was told I needed to get a plumber myself. This should be explained before you get the refrigerator.

    Horrible customer service. Installation is scheduled 4 times but all 4 times they did not came. Not even any updates. Need to call again and see.

    The (technician) never showed up. I called to best buy customer service for 3 times and I'm still waiting for the supervisor or team leader to return my call. Very disappointment with the service today.

    The water line to the refrigerator Was hooked up incorrectly and it flooded part of the basement and a treadmill and Best Buy will not respond and take care of the issue that they created

    Thought I made it clean I’m store that my waterline for the refrigerator wasn’t connected under the sink and paid to have it done but the guys that came out was trying to charge me extra once they came out so I cancelled the hook up

    I didnt like the service, because when I tried to get the delivery the guys didn't even wanna try to get my refrigerator just because its on the second floor.
