    the water line was never installed, the guys acted like this isn't something they didnt do

    The sales person must not know a lot because he said we needed to pay this and the guys that came out to do the job said we needed a plumber so it cost use way more.

    This service is contracted to a 3rd party. They did a really poor job. I ended up paying to another firm to fix it. So, it costed me more than it should. And to make things worse, they reschedule it multiple times.

    Leaky waterline.

    The new waterline started leaking hours after it was installed. I also have no I formation about how to resolve this issue. I do not recommend getting this service through Best Buy.

    The team was supposed to connect water on a replacement fridge, fridge never showed up nor did the team. When I tried to call was put on hold several times and a couple times you hung up on me.

    The installation crew was unable to do the job. They left without doing the job and left debris in my home and packing material all over my driveway. Very disappointing.

    the plumer was really unprofesional, make take time from work and no showing up, and when show no have the right tools, and when show with the right tool no having asistance and knowlege how to install. in the other hand custumer service where really nice all the time

    This has not been accomplished. I was told that this would be done upon delivery, then upon a visit from a contractor. Nobody was qualified to do this.

    Do order install -- it wont happen

    Ordered install service -- 20 feet to water connection-- installer wont connect so I had to go to plumber for install-- promised refund of &149 install fee-- called three times -- now on hold.

    These guys have no idea what they are doing! Do not allow them in your house. They will do bad work and say it was your fault.

    There was damage on the fridge that they delivered. It was hidden by the wall and I found it out later after the return period passed. Customer service promised to call be but they never get back to me

    No one has completed the water line installation. It's marked completed. I paid $150. I don't have water to my fridge though. Not a huge deal, 1st world problem. But how did this get marked complete?

    Late and couldn't do the job

    I waited 2 hours fo the service and then they couldn't do the job and then they had the audacity to say the job was done and i was not able to get a refund

    The tech did not know how to install the water line so after he left the water line came apart causing a flood in my kitchen. I had to call another tech to come and fix it. Very disappointed.

    Our waterline for the refrigerator was hooked up to the hot water! It then leaked all over the kitchen floor and Best Buy could not come to fix it for 2 days! Had to call a plumber to fix the mess.

    Installed my water line on my hot water pipe

    Don't use Best Buy's service. Definitely hire someone reputable. The installer put the line for the fridge's water dispenser on the hot water line so now hot water comes out of the fridge.
