Our waterline for the refrigerator was hooked up to the hot water! It then leaked all over the kitchen floor and Best Buy could not come to fix it for 2 days! Had to call a plumber to fix the mess.

These guys have no idea what they are doing! Do not allow them in your house. They will do bad work and say it was your fault.

The third party installing the water line was very unprofessional and rude.

The guys argued about having to install water line while installing dishwasher. I paid for it and had a receipt that said so. They were visibly annoyed and rushed through it. I'm sorry! But, I paid for It!!!

Installation water line does not include optional price of installation of water filter at time of installation. I assumed it was installed and using unfiltered water for a month.

Careless installers didn’t hook up water line. Took THREE attempts and in the end my contractor had to do it correctly. Terrible experience.

Would never recommend even in the afterlife. Guy had no interest in installing a waterline 6ft away from my sink. Dudes showed up in a box truck no tool belt very professional.

They did not put in my waterline. I put it in my self. They said they couldn't run it behind the gas range. Yes

Setup an installation for my ice maker several times. Each time Best Buy cancelled, because the third party the contracted failed to show up. Had to request a refund.

My appointment was canceled and rescheduled and no one has came yet. I have been waiting 5 months for a fridge I purchased to be hooked up

There were unable to install due to the dishwasher being next to the fridge told me to hire a plumber

No service was completed. The individual walked in and said he cannot drill through tiles and he left. I was told I would get a call to reschedule and that was 2 hours ago and no one called me!

No call no show would never recommend. Wont process proper refund amount

You never installed a waterline and still took my money. they guys that came said they are 3rd party vendors and that they dont want to. I had to hire an expensive plumber to do it.

This item was not installed yet since I bought it 21/2 months ago. I am very unhappy. My food spoilage will be paid for by BestBuy.

Ice maker does not work. Another tech was sent out and did not know how to repair it and said someone would contact us. Never did

Before purchasing installation, realize it is not a professional installer. Still waiting for this to be fixed.

No installation took place, they said they would contact me to do it because they needed a supervisor. I still have a refrigerator that is not installed.

The fridge was supposed to be installed yesterday. THey came 3 hours late and were missing a part so it couldn't be installed. I've been on hold for over half an hour so far can't reach a person to get this installed. Not happy.
