Incredibly disappointing experience.

He said because I have PEX lines he wasn't able to install the fridge, which was confusing because a lot of modern plumbing uses PEX. I had to call Best Buy to schedule another installation and get a refund. If they actually install it this time, it will have been a 7-week wait from the time of purchase.

Charged for a water line install that Best Buy did
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy did NOT install a water line to my new refrigerator that I was charged . I PAID A PLUMBING COMPANY TO INSTALL THE WATER LINE TO MY REFRIGERATOR. FRAUDULENT CHARGE.

Didn't Even Try
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After showing up hours late, installers connected new fridge to old supply line (instead of installing the new line and shut-off valve they charged $135 for) and it didn't work. Didn't try to troubleshoot, told me to call a plumber or handyman.

Frustrated and undone service!

And I never get the refund. I’m just too frustrated about this. Never want to pay for bestbuy services anymore

Fridge not working

Called a plumber and he showed me the water pressure was fine, tried to get Best Buy to fix the water, but they said I needed a premium care package.
