Frustrated and undone service!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After they not showing up for more than 3 times and me calling the customer services each time, they never come back for the line connecting service. And I never get the refund. I’m just too frustrated about this. Never want to pay for bestbuy services anymore

Fridge not working

Called a plumber and he showed me the water pressure was fine, tried to get Best Buy to fix the water, but they said I needed a premium care package.
