Installed in early May 2022 (after home was completed) the Best Buy team did a great job --- no issues bringing the LG 29.5 cubic foot refrigerator through the home and setting it in place with the stainless steel water line hook-up kit we purchased with the refrigerator. Good delivery and install team!

Installation was super easy as it was installed in garage on ground level. Installers simply wheeled it into the garage on a hand truck and plugged it in. But they came within their allotted time window and were efficient in unboxing and installing the freezers.

First, the refrigerator is very beautiful and the the finishes are definitely high end. Only issue was that it costs 4000.00 and it delivered with broken parts and someone drew in magic marker on the front. Best Buy is supposed to call me back with a resolution.

Delivery, installation and removal of old refrigerator went very smooth. Had to schedule another visit to switch door opening which was inconvenient.

Delivery men installed my refridgerator. They were extremely careful hooking in it up and connecting the water line to the unit. They made sure everything was in working order. They patiently answered all my questions and explained all the features of my refrigerator. They were pleasant and polite. I was very pleased with the service that I received.

Samsung Family Hub 27.7 cu.ft., 4 French door, fingerprint resistant stainless steel refrigerator (RF28R7551SR) is excellent. However, we did have two deliveries with damage to refrigerator. Apparently, damage is not known until refrigerator is unboxed at time of delivery. Best Buy and deliverers did work well with me to resolve and we are pleased with our purchase.

i made a mistake with my order, it was resolved within minutes, and was able to only delay my delivery by 2 days; customer service was excellent understanding my needs and resolving my issue!

We paid to have our new refrigerator installed and connected and ready to use when done. The installers did a great job of installing and connecting the refrigerator and gave us some pointers of what we needed to do. It was helpful to hear pointers so we didn't have to go through the manual to figure out how to do things.

The delivery person installed new water line with no leaks afterwards and refrigerator quickly and with no issues ( level and no doors misaligned (had door issues on a recently frig purchased from a different company)).

The Geek Squad who installed our refrigerator were very professional. The original refrigerator I purchased was damaged when they installed it. They informed me of the damage when they noticed it, took pictures, documented and submitted the documents to get a new refrigerator replaced at no charge. A few days later they installed the replacement and it is flawless.

The delivery men who came to install my fridge were EXCELLENT! Seriously, they were great. They were both friendly, helpful, and FAST! They had to remove my door to bring the fridge inside and they put it back without any hassle. I have to say that Best Buy's delivery people and overall customer service has IMPROVED so much. Y'all were great today!

The gentlemen that delivered and installed my fridge were phenomenal!! I had a large fridge that needed to be removed. The guys had to take my front door off as well as the bottom drawer of my old fridge and finagle it through the door. Not a scratch to anything!! They were efficient, kind and knowledgeable. Excellent excellent service. Would highly recommend!

Installers were very good at their job. Were not very talkative (think they were hispanic) they were very tidy,cleaned up when they left they took all the boxes packing etc. with them.
