Install went great...the 2nd time. First time was a disaster, so had to be replaced and new install. Second crew was great! Also had repairs from first install, but Best Buy got it taken care of very efficiently.

The Geek Squad did a nice job of installing our new Kitchen aid refrigerator. It was making a funny sound before the guys left and the technician said he would call me later to see if it went away. He said it’s just the start up. He called me back and sure enough it was gone. So far very happy with the new refrigerator.

Quick installation. I deducted one star because they scratched the refrigerator first time while bringing the product through the door, but replaced it with a new product in a few weeks.

The installers were great in NYC! I got a delivery window the day before, and they called about 10 minutes before arriving. Brought up the freezer and hauled away the old one. Friendly, professional, and easy!

Best Buy installed the freezer in place and made sure everything worked good before they left. The delivery guys did an excellent job, I was very pleased.

Its great for the price love it. To be honest i would have been happy to have bought this instead of my black stainless. I am liking the white. I think its coming back into style.

Installation was fine but refrigerator was not leveled while they were there with a dolly to lift it by easily getting to the leveling legs

I had some issues with the first delivery, the delivery person called two hours ahead of the delivery window saying they had a cancellation if I could accept the delivery at that time. I could not accept it two hours early, I wasn't home. Then when the actual delivery window came and went I never got a call or my fridge. I called and was told he tried to deliver it one hour into the delivery window but I wasn't home - but I was. The driver never called or anything. Luckily enough I was able to reschedule for a week and a half later, which is along time with no refrigerator. The second attempt went as it should, driver was on time and delivery was smooth. A little rough but ultimately they came through.
