Love the fridge not the installation

They were over 3 hours late for my window and when it came to my installation they couldn’t get it down fast enough. I have shelves fall off because they were not installed properly and the handle to my freezer keeps popping off again due to not properly being installed. I’m very disappointed with the service and lack of communication on Best Buy’s end. I think I will look elsewhere for my future appliance purchases.
