Great job and quick install with no headaches at all.

Very nice refrigerator! Lots of room, real good lighting and nice display. However, when ice maker is refilling or someone is getting water from dispenser, water line is noisy. It is not overly loud, but more or less distracting. I would still get this refrigerator again!

The men who installed this freezer were very nice, friendly and efficient. They made sure I had all the information I needed before leaving. They also took my old freezer away. It was a good experience.

Had to rely on Geek Squad to repair/replace broken water valve on brand new unit. Right after new Whirlpool refrig was installed kitchen floor got flooded as we tried to use in door water dispenser. Geek Squad send replacement parts directly to us and Tech came out to do repair. Turn around time was 4 days, so kudos to Geek Squad. We are glad that it seems to be working great now. No other issues so far.

The two installers for my new LG refrigerator were absolutely outstanding! Removing the old refrigerator and installing the new one was a complex job given our kitchen is on the second floor of our home. The installers were persistent, diligent, and focused on completing a quality job. Truly exceptional effort!

There really is not much to say about this, they hooked it up and it works fine. No leaks.

Went to hook up and hose was short, so I went to hardware and installed hose , runs just fine , offered to order hose, but time was of essence to me, pleased with delivery and set up the whole transaction has been great and satisfied customer here, thank you.

Product was as described and good quality. Def runs louds both the motor and the ice. But beautiful and good quality product for a fair price

Refrigerator is great. Just curious about the noise when the refrigerator is opened, but goes away when the doors are closed.

This is a review about a guy connecting an existing water line to a new Samsung fridge, using an added extra $30 custom made water line. Well, he did it and it hasn't leaked in the few weeks that have since gone by so that's really all I can say about that.

The crew that delivered and installed our new fridge was fabulous. They were very professional and careful. They took their time and made sure we were happy.

The delivery of the fridge was awesome. The guys who brought it im literally had it in my house within minutes, hooked up and ready to go. I couldnt ask for more.

The installer was great! He really is good at his job. He was on time, checked ahead, he knew his product, knew his job, installed it all quickly and without a hitch, checked his work, cleaned it up, and explained everything. Very pleasant. This guy loves his job and takes care of his customer. I like that.

Staff was friendly. They were punctual and quick. Definitely recommend this service, especially for elderly and those who do not want to do the heavy lifting. They take care of everything and are careful to not damage your surroundings.

I don't really order this, it was included with the purchase of my refrigerator. That being said, the men were pretty good about getting the thing into my kitchen through a few old-house twists and turns. Very little paint was lost.

Installers went above and beyond, had an issue with the water line and they made sure we got our refrigerator installed same day. Thanks for the help!

Product is superior to any refrigerator I have had in past because of freezer on the bottom, fixed so door doesn't swing open, no icemaker, so extra room, attractive steel finish matches other appliances, freezes well without freezer burn or need for much adjustment, refrigerator keeps temperature and food lasts longer.
