Third attempt on getting a refrigerator in my house was very professional. Service man brought his own tools and didn’t need my help. Very personable too. If I could choose who did the delivery I would recommend the service

This refrigerator is definitely bigger than my old refrigerator. Has lots more space for the refrigerator portion. I don't use the bottom portion too much so its nice to have more refrigerator top portion. The ice make is not silent but not unbearable to listen to. I like the different handles. Very happy with the refrigerator.

They arrived within the time window. They worked quickly and were friendly. They gave me a tutorial before leaving. I would have liked them to put down a mat on the hard wood floor before moving my old fridge.

After the workers brought in the new refrigerator, the work they did installing the water line to it was on point. No leaks, no broken hoses, nothing went wrong.

The doors on my new refrigerator, and my old one, had to be removed; in order to fit them through my back door. Despite that, the installation and removal went quickly. The service guys did a great job. They had called ahead of time, to let me know they were arriving soon. The whole process went smoothly.

The delivery and installation of my new fridge was a complete success. The installers took their time bringing it into my house, installed it in a timely fashion, wiped it down and made sure that my kitchen was in same clean condition as they found it. TOP NOTCH SERVICE.

Install team was quick and professional. They were in and out in 15 minutes.

Install to existing water source. They came with the kit. The new hoses are flexible! Back just a few years they were a long, thin, copper tube you had to carefully unroll or it would leak. The new flexi hoses are awesome!

Good product, but installation was awful. Had to install it twice. 2nd unit came damaged so they replaced one door with another and it's not lined up right. Also the crews were rude and lazy

5 stars on the installation team. They were very thorough and meticulous. Great service from a great team. They had to move this large refrigerator up 2 long and steep flights of stairs, and make it around tight turns. All done perfectly. This kind of service is one of the reasons that I always shop at Best Buy.

The gentlemen who installed the refrigerator were very courteous and professional. They were careful with installation. They answered our questions regarding the refrigerator and provided helpful information about maintenance and ordering filters.

Installation was great, they were fast and professional

The fridge by Samsung, I consider, the Cadillac of appliances. I purchased all four: fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. All top notch. The dishwasher is so quiet I keep checking to see if it was working. Excellent delivery service by Phillpe . Very courteous, helpful and informative. I requested him for my second delivery.

My refrigerators ice maker and water dispenser is not working at all. We also have to lift the drawer for it to close. Other than that, it’s a good fridge.

The Best Buy crew was terrific. They delivered the refrigerator in the box, as we requested, were careful bringing the unit into the house and installed it perfectly in a short amount of time. Truly appreciate the professionalism and focus on great customer service.
