This refrigerator is a great smaller fridge. It holds a lot more than you would think. While it is self defrosting, it does not make ice. This was not important to us as it is a backup to keep extra food. It suits our needs well. I would advise you to purchase the extended warranty from Best Buy. It covered the replacement of the original fridge that had some problems.

Great, excellent, wonderful love that it lets you know when the refrigerator door is open and not closed beutiful color and lots of space!

Excellent job installing the fridge! Professional, neat and clean

This was the first time that we had BestBuy deliver and install a large appliance. We had them install a refrigerator we purchased from them. Scheduling was done on schedule. The two men who delivered and installed it did an excellent job getting getting it into a tight space and removed the old refrigerator. No problems, I highly recommend them.

crew was very nice and helpful. Adjusted height to level out and even adjusted one of our other appliances while here when he noticed it wasnt balanced

Best Buy needs to do a better job of coordinating the 3rd parties they use for installation. It took 3 appointments to have the right installers do the job. The first refrigerator delivered was damaged. When the second refrigerator was delivered, I told the installer the refrigerator needed to be pushed back more and he told me to “calm down.” Lone Star appliance did a great job modifying our cabinet so that the refrigerator would fit in the space.

Installation was easy, guys did a great job!! No complaints about the install.

Refrigerator makes a mowing noise. It’s very annoying. When the tech guys came out,they tried to tell me it was just the compressor and nothing to worry about. I told them that a brand new refrigerator should not be making noises.

When installing our new refrigerator the installer found our existing waterline was very good and didn't need replacing. He then hooked up our old, long, braided line to the new refrigerator in a few moments. Hooking this thing up is not rocket science. You take out a few screws to get access to the connection, screw on the waterline. Test it for leaks and put the cover back on. A real no brainer. The installer did an excellent job in all phases of the installation.

The delivery guys were excellent and had experience with this type of delivery. They quickly installed the ice makers to the water line and checked to ensure both ice maker were functioning correctly.

The men with Besy Buy did an absolute great job in installing our water line correctly. Everything works as expected!

I bought a new refrigerator and got the basic hookup for the unit. The guys did a great job. Remember this is just a basic install so they won't install the shelving, etc. in the refrigerator. The refrigerator was very big so they had to take the front door off the hinges of the house and even the doors of the refrigerator. They did an awesome job on both. Everything went very well.

Installers went above and beyond, had an issue with the water line and they made sure we got our refrigerator installed same day. Thanks for the help!

We recently bought a refrigerator from the Pacific Sales portion of Best Buy. I’ll be honest: We’d had a bad experience one before, and I was apprehensive. They did a great job this time: clean, efficient and professional. I would have them do future installations now.
