There was not much they needed to do in terms of installation. They did need to remove the interior door to my apartment.

1 star is a generous review for this refrigerator installation service. This includes the delivery person/process. When the fridge I ordered arrived, the delivery team that came was exceptionally lazy, unwilling to properly install the fridge, left a mess, and claimed "liability issues" to relocate an old fridge (which was previously agreed and promised by Best Buy when I purchased the fridge in store). This was by far the WORST delivery/installation experience I had. The only redeeming factor in this was when I called Best Buy, they sent someone else from a different company that was willing to move the old fridge without any issues. As for Best Buy, when selling fridges that dispense water, there was a lot they did not disclose. If your older fridge has a water hose that is made of plastic, their service team will not remove the refrigerator at all. The original team that came to deliver refused to touch the old fridge and bring in the new one when they saw it had a plastic water hose. I had to remove the fridge myself to get them to bring the new one into the house. This would be difficult to do if you were not expecting this, and did not have any additional help. There was no point to this installation fee. Be wary of this service and be very pointed in asking questions to make sure you know what to expect, which isn't a lot. They will find every reason not to do something.
