What can I say, hope I don't need it but glad I have it

If I could give 0 stars I would. The delivery service is terrible and workers are lazy. I was told my fridge didn’t fit when it was pre measured and I knew it fit. Due to their laziness my delivery was re scheduled for days later. The fridge ended up fitting perfectly fine and with extra space. The employees did not seem to care and no one did anything about the terrible and rude service I received.

No issues with existing plumbing on installation went smoothly thank you.........................

They didn’t charge me for new hose when the one I had fit the purpose. Very cosiderate of them.

this is a no brainer. you must include the install kit when purchasing any major appliance to make it seamless. I am happy with the purchase and I recommend this.

Nice not having to set it up yourself. Guys were good who came to install.

Installers made excuses immediately as to why they wouldn't install the refrigerator properly. They left water from the water line on the floor and put the new refrigerator on top of the pool of water. The water also ran into the drywall behind it. It was raining and they didn't bother to wipe off the water on top of the refrigerator before seating it under my wood cabinets. Needless to say, I had to pull it out and dry up all the water. It was not ready to go when they left as advertised, nothing was tested or leveled, and they refused to connect the water line. They said there is something wrong with the seal on the line, but it was fine as far as I could tell. They refused to install a new line (to fix the seal) since it was behind the cabinet even though it would be easy to fish it through along the existing line. I was able to tighten it with my fingers and have a leak free installation so there is nothing wrong with the seal. This is for corporate since I don't know how this happened. When I checked out with BestBuy, I ordered the $160 professional installation. However, that option is no longer in my order and there is no history of it that I can see. I may have gotten what I paid for (haul one in, one out, plug in the new one) but I didn't get what I ordered, which was a full professional installation.

Installation by Best Buy is easy and super convenient No need to worry about anything

This was simple for them to do. Just make sure you have a bucket handy to empty the old water line.

I did not need a water line connected for this fridge. It did come with ice cube trays though.
