Great install team! A pleasure to work with. Arrived on time and were very careful not to dent floors/walls/cabs. etc. when removing the old fridge.

My chest freezer doesn’t require much installation. I just hooked it up to the power source and the power came on automatically.

We love this fridge. Whirlpool included humidity control for the two drawers so your veggies/meat stay fresh for longer, so less goes to waste. The inside has enough space for all of our food, and the drawer for our most used things is awesome. The freezer has a slide out drawer where you put small things, so no digging required. The installation was quick and set up only took about 1/2 hour. Workers were pleasant and took the time to explain the various functions and took all the packing materials with them. I would rate the overall experience would rate 5 of 5 stars for price, installation and brands that Best Buy has.

The installers were well trained in safely removing old freeze and installing new one in its place. They are required to use new water line but mine was in good condition so they did not insist for new one. A pleasant experience of freeze installation.

At some point in your life you realize it is better to leave the heavy lifting to the pros. This includes the hookup and installation piece. It was done quickly and without issue.

The gentlemen that delivered my freezers set them up for me and made sure they were cooling properly before they left. They were polite and professional.

I didn't really need installation since the small fridge I ordered (at a great price) didn't have an ice maker, so it really only needed to be plugged in. However, because the driver/delivery person needed to dolly it all the way around the house and down a few stairs, I felt it was only fair to pay a bit extra for "installation." I'm glad I did because the delivery person was super helpful and provided all the information we needed to take care of a minor issue with the fridge (probably from the factory; not even a driver-caused issue).

Team arrived early on Saturday, saving us a lot of waiting time. They removed the old fridge, reconnected the new fridge with the existing Culligan water line. Instructions they provided were clear, no garbage was left behind, and as a pleasant bonus, saved on money on a new water connection kit.

Delivery people were amazing help not only getting the refrigerator inside the house and connected, but they gave me excellent advice and options when the refrigerator arrived with a dent on the door.

This refrigerator was not a purchase, it was a replacement for one we purchased in August 2023. The first one did not stay cold and the ice machine was sporadic. The new one is great,
