instatallation guy ok not great

Refrigerator was not cooling until next day we called samsung and they directed us how to get out of demo mode. Many things in the freezer were thrown away.

Could not connect.

We had to purchase a longer line and hook up ourselves. They did a great job of moving the frig and stove in and provided tips for use.

Questionable service item

My home has a copper water line, so the delivery folks were not allowed to hook it up. I did so myself. In their defense, I was informed if this possibility at the time of purchase.
