We were very pleased with our shopping experience from start to finish. The Whirlpool refrigerator fits like a charm and works perfectly . The poor delivery men had to haul it up 18 steps into the apartment and did so without a problem. I would definitely recommend Best Buy and their team. Thank you for the great service.

So far so good. I love how much room I have now. I had a counter depth and it was too small inside....plus problems after 2 years with the Samsung. The 2 men that installed were great, as well.

Guys showed up to perform the refrigerator installation. Unfortunately, my old water line was installed by a moron who didn't realize that the controls shouldn't damage the wall trying to shut off the old water line. Turned off the outside (main) water line, replaced the valve, and completed the installation of the hose on my end myself. The guys were great for all the parts they were able to complete.

Wow, I have had both Home Depot and Lowes deliver and install appliances to my house and neither compared to the professionalism I experienced with the Best Buy Installers. They came through with extreme precision to get my fridge installed and verified everything was working and I was satisfied before leaving.

It is hard to imagine a much better delivery. The deliverers were helpful and friendly. They wore masks and gloves and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our service. If I could give them more stars, I would. I could not be happier with the service and will make sure to recommend to people in the future. Thank you! A+++++

The installers came when they said they. They were very careful when moving the refrigerator through a doorway that was only one half inch wider than the refrigerator. Did not touch the doorway connected the water slid the new refrigerator in the space and removed the old refrigerator. Nice guys who do great work.

Overall the exterior finish, appearance and counter size fits perfectly without protruding into the kitchen. Interior lighting is excellent and very spacious allowing very good viewing of contents. Bins are basic clear plastic without trim which makes cleaning quick and very easy. Dual ice maker is a plus for times when a pitcher of ice is needed. Very quiet running. It would be an improvement if the doors would close automatically by gravity rather than having to push them shut. Final summation, we are very pleased with this LG counter depth refrigerator!

The team was careful bringing the fridge into the house and putting it in place in the kitchen. Their installation (including hook-up to water) was professional, quick, and well-done. They tested before leaving and all was just right.

quick fast installation but wish they spoke english better

Had my ice maker and dishwasher installed through BestBuy, was done by a 3rd party service who showed up exactly when they said they would, and quickly installed both appliances, and changed out the water shut off valve because the existing one was 3/8 and used an adapter to one of the proper size. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend using BestBuy install services.

Thought I'd already said this, but... The installation team was terrific, showed up even earlier than scheduled, got the job done quickly. Excellent all around.

Make sure you have a water outlet with a faucet. They won't install on an open-ended pipe that is controlled by a valve. Not professionals obviously. They are movers not handymans.

I’m sure the technicians are not perfect, but they did a perfect job in my home. From unloading and unpacking the refrigerator, to installing it and explaining the use and care of the equipment, they went the extra mile. More than a year later, everything is still running as it should!

Ytge two men who installed my new samsung refrigerator were amazing! They had to completlt take It apart to get it through the door and the didn't complain once. They were very good at explaining everything and gave me great advice on things to help keep my appliance lasting longer
