    Original delivery did NOT install the unit. I had to remove all packing and tape, as well as level it.

    The delivery driver hooked it up. He was very quick and in a hurry. Wasn't too happy with the delivery but everything worked, just had to readjust the doors and level it.

    The refrigerator was position in place and the connection was not done properly. The hose detached and we had a lick in the kitchen. I had to request the maintenance crew to come and fix the connection.

    I would rate this as poor if I could. The delivery guy dropped the unit while bringing the unit in and damaged the walls and the unit itself. I was told that Best Buy insurance carrier will contact me regarding repairing the walls but haven’t heard from anyone yet going on two weeks. The customer service lady offered me a Best Buy gift card but I had to haggle and bargain for it but then again haven’t seen it yet. Very disappointed.

    Installers were lazy on my refrigerator delivery! They did not remove any of the cellophane, tape, etc. It was very difficult to remove! I had purchased the LG 23 cubic side by side refrigerator. Very poor customer service to leave a customer trying to remove this.
