I love it. It is exactly what I was looking for. The screen on the fridge is awesome and all the features it offers makes it a state of the art refrigerator

Efficient and friendly crew. But there are two small impact on the right door, meaning that something happened during the transport. When I pointed out the impacts I think that the crew should have immediately reported them and arranged for the door replacement. Instead they just told me to return the fridge for an exchange which in my view is good for a large impact but is not respectful with regard to sustainability. Best Buy should improve in this matter (both transport, on-the-spot solution with sustainability awareness).

These guys were terrific! When they carried the refrigerator in, it seemed effortless! They were very efficient and friendly and got the job done quickly!

Hayden and Brandon did a GREAT job delivering, installing our new appliance and hooking up to the water line. They were very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and friendly! Outstanding customer service!

Both guys were very friendly, one of them was banging around my new purchases but didn't damage anything, same guy broke old fridge handle but other guy was able to fix. New Fridge isn't perfectly level so one door closes on own which is annoying but thankfully I can fix it myself

The delivery and installation team were great, they went above and beyond to install the new refrigerator and remove the old one. The product was in perfect condition. I will recommend Best Buy to everyone, can't thank your store team and installation crew enough. I will definitely buy all my future appliances from this company.

Installer did an alright job, they added on extra charge so you have to becareful with the 3rd party vendors who actually do the install.

The install of the fridge was very quick and easy.

The crew did a great job though it was very easy for them. They only had to set it up in my garage, but they were very efficient at what they did. they were in and out in under fifteen minutes.

It was required to purchase a braided stainless connection line to have Best Buy install the fridge. They want to make sure there is minimal chance of a leak ever happening. Installation of the water connection was exactly as promised and took only a minute. Note that the water line is only 6' long and there should be a home connection point with shutoff in the area right behind the fridge.

We had a flawless install of our new refrigerator. The water supply line was connected properly and I have been enjoying my automatically filled water pitcher and ice ever since!

timely, moved out old fridge, informed me my line was leaking, didn't see them level the fridge like the instructions suggest, had to work on that myself.

Delivery crew put new unit in place, unwrapped it inside (making sure the shelves were clear of packaging coverage) and out; and plugged it in to make sure it worked. Very pleased with installation.

The refrigerator is awesome. Just what I wanted. The delivery gentlemen knew exactly how to get the fridge into my kitchen and made it look effortlessly. The gentleman who hooked up the water was very professional and knew exactly what was needed.

Very professional and courteous. They did a great job installing, and were very careful with everything. They were on time and took all the trash with them. Made sure all was working before they left including running the water to make sure everything was good.
