    This did not require a new water line hookup. This was a freezer and not a refrigerator.

    The problem with rating the service I got for this job is that I never had this issues so Best Buy kept sending the wrong parts and ill-prepared techs to do a job they could not do. I continually corrected the phone support and dispatching teams so that they could dispatch the right techs with the right tools/parts for the right job but they kept getting it wrong, delaying completion of the actual issue I had with a completely different product. What should have been a few days to delivery and setup turned into total disruption for weeks and weeks. The tech who finally came out and fixed the real problem was fantastic but I don't know which request to rate their service belongs to that tech because Best Buy keeps sending me emails asking me to change my poor review of their service to a higher rating. Sorry but this is the truth and I will not change it, although I have noting but high praise for the last tech that visited.

    The guys were ok but they didn't remove the plastic not did they install the door handles. It was kinda odd.
