great!!!! I love my new refrigerator but I'm unhappy about the original purchase of the 30 cu refrigerator bought on 9/30/22....still awaiting my refund on a CASH debit card purchase and have been getting the run around for my 2K refund!!!!!

I love the look and the fit but it is really loud. Not sure if this is our fridge or a common issue. Overall the look, the interior abc the build seem great.

The Geek Squad installed our refrigerator on the day we were suppose to receive it. Last year we ordered two refrigerators and didn't get either due to far out date. So the guys did a great job on the installation and it's great to have our new GE Refrig.

The installers were very good how they brought the fridge into the house and set it where we wanted I have a friend who also was looking for a new fridge and when he saw the one I had said to me he liked how nice it looked I told him where I purchased it at Best Buy and he said he would go to look and purchase

The delivery team were prompt and professional. My compliments to JR and Dominique for an excellent job with removing old fridge and delivering the new one. I was impressed! JR was friendly and quite good at his job (installing and hooking up everything, including water line), and explained the basic workings of the fridge and ice maker. Give these guys a raise- they are good ambassadors for Best Buy!

The refrigerator was exactly what I had chosen and it fit perfectly. The installation was quick and removal of the older refrigerator was appreciated. Once delivered and plugged in, it was checked to make sure all working parts were in order allowing me to also inspect the item before installers departed.

My experience with Best Buy was very good. We wanted a bottom mount refrigerator to replace an older unit in our son’s condo. It fit perfectly and the delivery process was seamless.

Delivery took 15 minutes. Set up new attachment for water within a few minutes, works great. Very efficient.

This was part of my recent refrigerator installation, and everything worked great — no problems with the installation at all and it’s working well.

I would say that this was the best appliance delivery every...Best Buy contacted me several times in advance to remind me of the day...and make sure my house was ready (path clear, etc) ....they contacted me the day before and the delivery people called 20 minutes before they arrived. They were efficient, handled my freezer with great care----set it all up, answered my questions and they were gone. Easy. Professional. Best Buy should keep this delivery team!! Happy with purchase and delivery/set-up.
