I hired Best Buy to perform the installation of my refrigerator including the water line. My old fridge had a leak in the water line so it was no longer being used, so I needed the technicians to run a new water line from under my sink to this new fridge. The did the work very quickly and it looks and works great now! This was much cheaper than hiring a plumber to do the work separately, with great results. I highly recommend their services.

Having surveyed the fridge market, I chose this Samsung mainly for its 10-year warranty digital inverter compressor, which so far worked very quietly and hopefully would last 10 years, and for its Energy Efficiency Tier One Rating. Originally, I wanted one without an ice maker, but it was unavailable for unknown reasons, thus I had to settle for something I didn't want, and just let it hang in the freezer being unused. After installation, I called the Samsung customer services listed on the manual, its recorded voice kept me holding for two hours on a speaker phone without any live person answering me! WOW! There was one minor but annoying problem, some of the white tapes that held glass shelves to the internal walls for safe transportation were easily but partially ripped off, making it a very annoying problem while trying to remove some of them entirely. Also, the vegetable drawer on its left, when pulled out, often hit the molded rubber door gasket, which, sooner or later, would show signs of tearing at the collision point. However, there was one thing I liked--its pantry drawer, which could be pulled out for easy access to items in there. It was a happy replacement over my ten-year old one, and, hopefully, with a happy association and ending with Samsung over the next ten years.

Installers were exceptionally careful bringing in appliances. We were very happy. They gave us good info in refrigerator. They forgot to balance the refrigerator. We had to have an additional service call, which was free

This was a replacement for a refrigerator that was damaged by the incompetence of the first team that had delivered a Samsung refrigerator. The second team knew what they were doing. Polite, fast and knowledgeable. The only downside was we had to wait 3 months for the replacement to come in.

We love this fridge. Whirlpool included humidity control for the two drawers so your veggies/meat stay fresh for longer, so less goes to waste. The inside has enough space for all of our food, and the drawer for our most used things is awesome. The freezer has a slide out drawer where you put small things, so no digging required. The installation was quick and set up only took about 1/2 hour. Workers were pleasant and took the time to explain the various functions and took all the packing materials with them. I would rate the overall experience would rate 5 of 5 stars for price, installation and brands that Best Buy has.

Had the refrigerator delivered and installed by Best Buy. The guys were GREAT! The install and water line hook-up could not have gone better. Plus they showed me how to install the water and air filters, and how to program reset the filter when I change it in 6 months. They cleaned up everything and took all the packaging with them. Great experience!

Installation and work was clean and on scheduled time. It took 3 bad refrigerators to install. I ended up getting a fridge I was not planning, Fridgedaire works fine, it is OK but not my first choice. It took 70+ days to end up getting a fridge that worked

The guys who delivered my fridge knew just what to do to hook everything up. They really did a great job!

I would say that this was the best appliance delivery every...Best Buy contacted me several times in advance to remind me of the day...and make sure my house was ready (path clear, etc) ....they contacted me the day before and the delivery people called 20 minutes before they arrived. They were efficient, handled my freezer with great care----set it all up, answered my questions and they were gone. Easy. Professional. Best Buy should keep this delivery team!! Happy with purchase and delivery/set-up.

Thought I'd already said this, but... The installation team was terrific, showed up even earlier than scheduled, got the job done quickly. Excellent all around.

These guys were terrific! When they carried the refrigerator in, it seemed effortless! They were very efficient and friendly and got the job done quickly!

Delivery guys did a great job taking the old fridge out and dropping the new one in place (little bit of a squeeze and intentional maneuvering with my front entry). They had to do some minor assembly, which was handled well, no damages or issues. They were respectful of the rest of the property and kept me apprised of what they were doing.

Installers were very professional and did a great job installing my new refrigerator.

The guys that delivered my range and my new fridge did a wonderful job. They were clean, kind, and made no mess what so ever. They were careful to get the appliances in place without any damage, hooked them up quickly, removed all debris and thanked me in the end. Best Buy hires qualified delivery personnel and it makes all the difference.

delivery and install was great. techs were very careful of fridge and our house. made sure all was running and explained. definitely would use again.

The technicians (Java and Peti) called when they were on their way, protected the surfaces in my home, installed my new Refrigerator/Freezer quickly. They then removed all of the trash, then asked to show me how everything worked! This was beyond anything I have ever experienced! So professional, clean, and efficient. And polite!!!

At some point in your life you realize it is better to leave the heavy lifting to the pros. This includes the hookup and installation piece. It was done quickly and without issue.

This refrigerator makes a rattling sound when the motor is on. It’s not a quiet hum but, it is a mechanical noise.

Easy to hook up, works great, no leaks, and not difficult instructions.
