I have been a regular buyer from Best Buy, but , understood in the hard way , you get to know the company best during hard times . Best Buy turned out to be worst buy . I bought refrigerator, washer and dryer and during the delivery in March was called and said they will not deliver until further notice . Understood. I was scheduled to move which I postponed. Best Buy called one day in April and came and delivered the appliances in my garage . Thereafter they kept on scheduling and canceling installation service .In my whole move process , Best Buy was a big let down . I was moving to a new home and cannot without basic appliances set up . Best Buy kept on delaying till dns of April . I reached a point where I could not further postpone my move so , I hired a private installer . The same day Best Buy calls and schedule installation for two days later , and asked me cancel private installer,but , guess what . They kept on sending reminders that technician is on the way and I kept on waiting but nobody turned up . When I called later , was told installation appointment was canceled. Without informing me . Horrible experience. Best Buy gave me worst nightmares during this tough time and I had to spent number of hours with them on phone but with no outcome .Best Buy promised they will call me back and reschedule, but , that never happened even till date .Eventually , I understood that’s never going to happen and requested once again the private technician to come and install.Terrible customer service in difficult situation .

It took them few minutes to install and after few fillings it is ready for use
