TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT!!!

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It has been over a month and we are yet to have all the items properly delivered and installed by BestBuy with multiple cancelled appointment, missing parts, no-shows with marking the order complete, etc. calling customer service doesn’t help since they are less than helpful and don’t even escalate the issue. Each time you call they open a new ticket #, which is closed not when the matter is corrected but when they end the call and pass the problem to. Someone else to make their metrics look better. I could never recommend buying appliances at BestBuy as the company is not setup to deliver or install larger and more complex items. Do yourself a favor and only buy electronics that you can carry out of the store and don’t need their support for anything. As one member of the staff told me “my job is not to help you but to give you information according to our policies”

The waterline had a leak, because they used plumbers tape backwards. Thus, I have a damaged wood floor that I am still waiting to hear from someone regarding a repair. BestBuy was quick to send someone to repair leaking waterline, 3 days, on a Saturday AM. Pleased with waterline repair, but hoping someone repairs our floor, soon.
