Needed new waterline

Basic Refrigerator installation

Refrigerator delivery and install

Not needed
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I purchased a freezer from Best Buy, this waterline hookup was included as part of the delivery and installation service. But the freezer doesn't produce ice or water, so the waterline connection service wasn't necessary. My reason for 2 stars is that the Best Buy sales associate didn't seem very well informed about whether this was needed or not. After conducting more of my own research, I discovered that had my freezer actually required a waterline connection, I would have also needed an installation kit...which the sales associate should have known as well.
