It took 4 visits to get my refrigerator upstairs, to the main level of my house. First 2 man crew said a 4 man crew was needed, so the refrigerator was left downstairs and a 4 man crew was scheduled (or so I was told) for seven days later. I sat here for 10 hours and no one came. And this was after receiving emails and texts throughout the day, reminding me of that day's appointment. Finally at approximately 5:15 pm, I received a text telling me to reschedule. I was rescheduled for 10 days out. Those guys at least showed up, but, again, even though the order requested a 4 man crew, only 2 were sent. So I was rescheduled again for another 10 days out. About a week prior, I called to confirm it was going to be right this time. This time I got a Geek Squad rep who knew what I was talking about. And, no, it would not have been right again. He went in and fixed whatever was causing the disconnect and, finally, one month after the original delivery, the refrigerator was moved upstairs. And, it only took 2 men. They took the doors off and had the refrigerator and the doors all upstairs before the other 2 guys got here. So, this could have been accomplished on Day 1. The guys who came here to finally install the refrigerator were great. Issues lies within the Best Buy system where scheduling like this is done.

It's exactly what it says it is. Purchasing this got me free install, so.....

Easy to use, simple to setup. Doesn't leak. Required with a new refrigerator.

Nothing to say, they force you to purchase it or they will not install it.
