Tools for your Washer and Dryer. Need for the install.

The delivery person did not level the refrigerator. The doors do not align at the top. I pointed this out and asked for it to be fixed. I was told "It's supposed to be that way". This is not correct. The door swings open all the way as if a weight is attached. We do not have much in the door and it happens with or without food in the door shelves. What recourse do I have? I have no idea since I can't get customer service on the phone!!!!

Online refrigerator purchase is an absolute nightmare. Refrigerator is great but delivery/installation and online service is atrocious. BB farms out their delivery to 3rd party who they seem to have no control over and I was stood up on a delivery after waiting all day without even a phone call. When they finally showed up 2 days later, they neglected to hook up icemaker properly. This resulted in water in the basement 3 weeks later since they didn't hook it up with the required kit I had purchased. Customer service after an ungodly long wait is not your local store but somewhere outside the USA where they know nothing except what's on their computer screen which was incorrect in my case. Covid protection taken seriously by BB? They did not wear masks or gloves as BB touts and they definitely didn't wipe down anything before they left since the entire delivery/removal only lasted about 5 minutes. Ditto the operating instructions etc. There were none. I went in person to my local BB sine you can't call directly. In store employees tried to help but are unable to handle problems arising from online purchases . They were great and tried but no luck. Lesson learned-If you buy from BB, purchase in store and avoid online.
