Great service. The installers were quick with in and out service. They called to let me know they were coming and moved my old refrigerator with no problem. Highly recommend

3 Attempts. First just left after stating they would deliver it, but couldn't install for a bizarre reason - were supposed to be waiting for support to call to figure out a solution. Second couldn't get it inside. Third, finally got it inside, we have to replace 4/5 doors. The installers certainly did not leave it ready to use, unless plugging it in and calling it good counts. Didn't care to open the parts package which would have helped with the install since it had things like filtration system parts and leveling tools so the doors on a 5 door aren't all crooked (which they are). One of the installers was trying to pry open the water filter door with his knife. It opens with a simple push and click. The worst part is that on the +$4k fridge it seems that they had grease all over their hands and basically covered the entire surface from top to bottom. Much of it came off, but some of it seems to have stained. If we weren't getting most of the doors replaced because they are damaged from delivery, I would be irate about that. For the record, we ordered the entire kitchen set and the first installers who did the other 3 appliances were fine. Got everything set up, at least attempted to wipe them down, and then did a quick run through of the basics and what they all did. Best Buy support has been good throughout the process, but when coming on our 4th appointment including the other issues with the delivery providers it's hard not to be upset.

I purchased a whirlpool refrigerator from Best Buy and they delivered it and installed it so easy and fast! The men were very professional!!!!

Given all the current challenges, the delivery and installation team did a fantastic job. They notified us in time to empty our old refrigerator, showed up on time fully prepared to CDC standards, moved the old fridge out and installed the new one efficiently. They were extremely polite and professional. Overall a great experience.

All that was needed was to roll the Freezer across my garage into place and level it. There were no issues and it was plugged in and running in just a few minutes.

We had a pretty easy install as the refrigerator we purchased didn't have to be hooked up to a water line or anything. The installers that came to our house were friendly and professional. They did a great job unboxing, then installing the fridge.

We purchased this freezer because our previous one went out. I did my research & this one had the best reviews & then when I got to the store the salesman highly recommended it. I’m glad I paid attention to the reviews. We’ve only had it for about a week but so far everything is going great.

I expected delivery of new fridge and removal of old to take a significant amount of time. The Geek Squad installers took no time at all to get the new unit up and running. They didn an excellent job with the installation and the removal of the old. Wouldn't have it any other way.

The Best Buy appliance installers were punctual, efficient and friendly. They ensured that all features of the installed appliance operated as advertised and cleaned up the kitchen after the install was completed. I could not be more pleased with the product and their installation!

All they had to do was plug it in but they actually did a little more. They placed it so that there was space around it for the fans. They also explained to give it a few hours before trying to use it.

Smooth install on the water lines on the new frig. Ice and water working great!

Very easy install, no need to plug in to water system.
