The absolutely worst installation experience I have ever had! I had read reviews that the delivery men will do anything not to install an appliance, in this case a refrigerator with an ice maker. It was so true. First they said we didn't have the right water line, which we did. Then they said they didn't have the tools with them to do it! It was clearly marked on the delivery as an installation. What was clear is that they had no idea how to do it! So after MANY hours on the phone with outsourced geek squad service personnel it was rescheduled. No one showed. Back on the phone and rinse and repeat. Then another no show in the 4 hour del. time. I called again, another half hour to find out that they were running 1 1/2 hours late with no notice to us. The second installation guy also had no idea how to do it and broke a connecting piece in a half hearted attempt. Finally he left the water connection loose and said it would be fine. It wasn't, so we went to the hardware store bought the replacement part and installed it ourselves so we wouldn't have water damage! Don't let these guys near your house, I will never buy another appliance from Best buy!

Team was very efficient in connecting. I just which they had removed some of the plastic wrap and styrofoam. It took us 30 t0 45 minutes to get all of it off.

I didn’t need the service where helpful anyways if I neede it connected

What Can I say, they screwed a hose into my connection. Lots of pressure!

It still needs to be leveled. Installers insisted it could not be leveled and there was no live current for the refrigerator. There had been current to the old refrigerator that was taken out. I had to have an electrician out to confirm that, indeed the outlet was live and refrigerator did not need to be plugged into a nearby power strip.

It took two visits and me removing the refrigerator myself to get the job done. Seemed as if the guys were trying to find a reason to not do the job.
