Horrible experience

Also didn’t bring my ice maker and had to make another appointment. When deliverly guys showed up with ice maker they said.....,we don’t know how to install ice maker so I had to make a third appointment. After they left I opened box and the ice tray was missing. (((Missed work three afternoons for all three deliveries.))) VERY ANGRY!!!!!!

I did not purchase a scratch & dent fridge. To top it off, I asked the installer if he was going to report the damages? He said yes, I don't think that he did. He then stated: "You can call and get it replaced again, but they aren't going to install the handles on the next one. You would have to do that yourself since they can't be installed on this unit without scratching the door". I know that's BS! BestBuy will no longer be my go to place for anything. This has been such a horrible experience. They even banged up my cabinets on the second install and I've called several times to set up a claim and no one has called me yet. I'm starting to get ticked as I'm sick of calling, only to be connected to someone in India who speaks english, but doesn't comprehend it. I'm copying this review to my google reviews.
