    Could not be completed as my water line had a leak. I could not get a refund initiated from installer. Called 888 number, and nobody called me as promised. Had to go in store.

    Purchased the appliance installation service on 9/22/2021, and scheduled service on Saturday, 10/23/2021. Getting notification on 10/21/21, 10/22/21 and early morning on 10/23/21, all said the technician coming to the installation. Until the last minutes, I got a call saying the service was cancelled because the service car broke down and said it will reschedule. Never got a call back for rescheduling, but called to service to ask. Eventually, an agent told me it was not the car that broke-down, but the lack of inventory of the installation kits. They were cheating on the customer, a very bad business practice. BestBuy did fulfill a contractual obligation, but also did not immediately reschedule service time until I was calling back. The rescheduled time is 9 days away from the original schedule. It has completely ruined my kitchen remodel time. It is really a joke to hire BestBuy to install anything.
