Fantastic delivery experience. The crew was courteous, very professional, efficient. Exceeded my expectations. I had a terrible experience with the other big box supplier’s delivery crew.

The installers that came out to my house were very helpful, and knowledgeable about the product. They were able to hook up the fridge to my water line, and (with my permission) even removed a piece of my trim that was sticking out a little too far. They explained the process of flushing the ice and water systems, how to change my water filter, and how long I would need to wait until the fridge was ready to use.

Perfect in size and fit for area provided. Works great.

The Best Buy crew was terrific. They delivered the refrigerator in the box, as we requested, were careful bringing the unit into the house and installed it perfectly in a short amount of time. Truly appreciate the professionalism and focus on great customer service.

The installation was perfect. On time, they called in advance and they were in and out very quickly.

The reason for replacing the refrigerator was that water was leaking behind and under the old refrigerator ruining our hardwood floor. ALthough the team did a fine job fitting the water line to the refrigerator and the water outlet, the leak continued after the installation, We hired a plumber who removed the fixture at the end of the water pipe with a brand new part and the leak stopped.

Worked well on delivery and is continuing to work. The delivery was on time and very professional.

The two gentlemen were courteous and quick in the installation. The unit had to fit in a specific area and they got it installed without issue. The refrigerator did not need water connection so it was just plug-and-play which made the installation easier.

The installation was done in the most professional manner. The three men worked well together, were very knowledgeable.

The installer was great! He really is good at his job. He was on time, checked ahead, he knew his product, knew his job, installed it all quickly and without a hitch, checked his work, cleaned it up, and explained everything. Very pleasant. This guy loves his job and takes care of his customer. I like that.

The gents that installed my fridge were absolutely wonderful and professional. They were friendly and were very careful not to damage my flooring. They walked me through EVERYTHING on my fridge to make sure I understood the features and even went so far as to show me and point to each item. Walked me through how to change the water filter and even gave me pointers on how to safely protect my floors if and when I wanted to clean underneath it.
