It took a month to get my fridge. They will say they are coming on this day but would not show up. When i finally got my fridge the delivery people broke the shelf on the door but didnt even say anything. I found out and called customers support and they talking about how they need to replace the whole fridge. Got super angry cause im not going thru the whole delivery hassle again. Then finally got someone who said they will ship the broken piece. I was happy and waiting for my piece. The piece came but it was the wrong one. Came in a really huge box. Now im really irritated because i have that huge box in my living room. My fridge is not complete and nobody is answering the phone. That was the first time i was buying something from bestbuy and the last.
