They were courteous and fast at performing the water hookup

If I could give these 2 guys a zero, I would. They scratched my bannister and walls while bringing it up a wide stairwell to the second floor. They refused to park behind my condo building and instead blocked a lane of traffic on a busy street out front. When they removed the older fridge, they REFUSED to install the waterline on my new one that I purchased along with requesting installation. The claimed it would “leak” and that they could not be liable for this. I called a PLUMBER over who was working nearby and he installed the water line that I purchased from Best Busy along with installation of the new appliance. This was a very significant disappointment from a Best Buy vendor and it almost made me decide to never purchase from them again. I will add that I live in a 2 year old home with brand new plumbing that works perfectly. These Best Buy installers were just LAZY and didn’t want to bother booking up the water line. They instead wanted to leave the fridge sitting in my living room installed. I seriously hope that Best Buy does not think that I’d an acceptable arrangement when you ordered installation and paid for a water line.

the truck showed up a little late 1hr but I was kept informed of it that was cool but when they showed up with the fridge the Hydraulic tailgate wasn't working or being used because the fridge was slid down the back of it I had to help the kid underneath the fridge so he wouldn't be crushed and it got a little dent in it the size of a dime good thing it was were the counter coverd it!!!

Easy to install and very convenient that I could purchase at the store.

We knew it would be a difficult delivery and tried to communicate that in the notes to the order. We explained that the existing refrigerator would need to be moved to an upstairs garage apartment, which would include 16 stairs and a tight turn. It seems the delivery contractor failed to read the delivery notes. The dispatcher scheduled too many deliveries for the delivery crew and did not budget a sufficient amount of time. Initially, the head delivery person refused to move my existing refrigerator to the garage apartment because he did not have enough time. I then had to have a conversation with the dispatcher and have a polite argument with her. She then ordered the delivery crew to move the existing refrigerator as agreed when I placed the order. The head delivery guy complained the entire time. He tried to leave without assembling the drawers and shelves and rushed through it when I insisted. Even then, he missed some of the packaging. Finally, he never offered to demonstrate the operation of the refrigerator. The overall experience was unnecessarily stressful and could have been much better if Best Buy and its delivery contractor had taken the time to actually read the delivery instructions included with the order and planned ahead. If anyone in that chain had any questions, they should have called me in advance.
