Excellent work. There was a mistake with address and they were able to still deliver with no issues!! Very professional delivery service. The fridge on the other hand is GREAT would highly recommend. Took a little while to get cool but its working perfect!

The team that delivered and installed our LG Refrigerator and I’ve maker did an outstanding job! Never have I had installers that were extremely knowledgeable about the entire product. That pointed out features that even the specs did not refer too. Great job team Best Buy!

Didn't want to level it. I had to tell them to level it all the way.Didn't change the door to open on the other side.

Fridge is cool, I’m a single dad and it’s perfect. Not to big not to small. Good purchase highly recommended.

I think that there is not enough room. The shelves seem to be too close together. A gallon of milk will not fit as the shelves are too close together. There is very little storage space in the door. The outer door of the 2 door side also has a crowded area for storage. The top self is only tall enough for the small 6oz waters...maybe 4 to 5 inches. The ice maker is extremely small. There may be enough ice for 2 people to have tea with dinner.....forget putting enough ice in ANY cooler. Maybe we have our items arranged incorrectly...but the space is chopped up and seems wasted. But.....my Wife LOVES it....so that is all that matter. The KNOCK on the window is just a gimmick..it's cool, but not necessary.

The delivery staff were prompt, friendly, and careful delivering a chest freezer. They cleaned up all boxes/wrapping and left no mess.

The delivery team was on time, polite, fast and put this 16 cubic foot chest freezer where I wanted it without complaining. It is great to have this large chest freezer to know extra required to run our snow cone business. We could not have asked for things to be better. Good job !!!!!

great refrigerator at a great price it was on sale and arrived on time installed perfectly for my basement.

GAVE US A TIME, KEPT US INFORMED, NO FUSS, BEST MONEY I SPENT WAS TO HAVE EXPERTS INSTALL IT. WAS HEAVY AND HAD TO GO UP STAIRS AND DOWN STAIRS.

This was actually installing a refrigerator with an ice maker. The install required connecting an ice make line between the water supply and the refrigerator. Pretty basic stuff. I down rated one star because it was not a Geek Squad installation but an independent company, contracted out to BB I presume (just in central Florida?). That and the fact that they didn't bring in tools necessary to remove my front door. I provided a hammer so they could pop out the hinge pins. I point this out because they should have known in advance that coming thru the front door with that size appliance would require door removal. Not an issue for me since I have tools but could be a problem for someone else. Also no demonstration was provided, although there is not much to point out for this kind of refrigerator

Now have had it for six months with no issues and like it very much. Very quiet and keeps food as it should. Have been reluctant to use the door shelving for milk in previous due to cooling issues in other refrigerators, but have been very happy with consistent cooling throughout in this LG model. The only dislike is the large balls of party ice in the freezer-useless. The party ice is for very specialized usage and can not convert to regular ice cubes for drinks if needed. Can not make regular cubes in the freezer and the ice maker in the door has limited capacity.

It did take a well but I love my new product. The installation and delivery went fantastic!

The technicians from Best Buy did an excellent job of installing our new GE Profile refrigerator. They were able to move the new refrigerator into our kitchen without difficulty, and its installation (including a water line for the ice maker) was quick and efficient.

My refrigerator was delivered to my home on 12/23/22 and the installers did not level the appliance so I called back for service to level the refrigerator and they left the freezer door higher than the refrigerator door and on my third call I asked for the geek squad to respond but got delivery people again .Not a happy customer .

Installation was excellent. Juan T and Alfred S were great. They also answered any questions about the refrigerator.

Quite a good installation. Connected stainless steel water line to the water tap and to the refrigerator freezer; however, the same team failed to level the refrigerator freezer and failed to adjust the doors on the refrigerator.
