Waste of Time

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've had three separate failed appointments to install my fridge over a nearly three week period. The first one, they sent a two person crew who said I'd need to request a larger crew to get it done, since the fridge needed to be brought up stairs. I scheduled a second appointment with a larger crew this time. No one showed up for this appointment or contacted me the day of, despite getting an email notification that the crew were on their way. I scheduled a third appointment. They sent a two person crew again. I have now scheduled a fourth appointment and received assurances that I will get a larger crew who will be prepared to move the fridge, but I have no reason to believe this to be true. If they don't install my fridge this time, I will call some friends and do it myself. The customer service has been very nice and apologetic but at the end of the day, nothing has been done. I'm sure lots of people have smooth experiences with this service but for me it's been a massive headache and I'd recommend buying your appliances elsewhere.
