This item was delivered and came several hours earlier than anticipated (they did contact us that it would be delivered early). Delivery people were respectful of property and installed it quickly. I believe I have already reviewed the refrigerator/freezer previously.

We had a Kimchi refrigerator for over 10 years. I was working fine but we thought it was about time to do. Instead of getting another one, we decided to go with an another regular refrigerator. It is working fine so far . The installation service was excellent.

The installation was quick and easy. The movers were gentle while bringing our new fridge into the house and gave us a few minutes to sweep and clean up behind the old one. They were able to hook up the new fridge in mere minutes and we were on our way.

Well made. Very good capacity. Nicely configured shelving. The two full width refrigerator shelve are glass and will flex if there is too much weight in the middle.

The installation team was efficient. The fridge is doing what it should be doing. The team was respectful to my home. They called be fore they came and came early.

The fridge is great! Dominic and his guys brought it in and took the old one out and were fantastic! Quick, efficient and professional! Made it a very painless switch!

They were very fast and competent, out withing 30 minutes, and this included removing a too large for doorways refrigerator before they could begin the install of the LG.

I recently had a refrigerator installed. The installation crew of 2 was on time, polite, skilled, and efficient. The head installer even offered advice on how to run and care for my new appliacne. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The Geek Squad guys did a GREAT job removing the old refrigerator and unpacking the new refrigerator and getting it into the house without damage to the house or to the appliances. Also very friendly and courteous. I'd gladly have them come back for future installations.

The guys did a good job getting the giant fridge through our front door without having to take the door off. Neat trick they did using their shoulder straps. They were fast and did a good job. I did have to help get the gas pipe for dryer prepped.

The installation was done in the most professional manner. The three men worked well together, were very knowledgeable.

as always rhe installers were awesome, professional and courteous. this is the second samsung fridge i bought from best buy, and their installers are top notch and a pleasure to see. they even moved my old fridge to the garage for me....

Good enough. Once it was finally delivered the people were quick friendly and efficient.

They hooked everything up made sure it worked and explaun what to do and not to do.
