They arrived within the time window. They worked quickly and were friendly. They gave me a tutorial before leaving. I would have liked them to put down a mat on the hard wood floor before moving my old fridge.

5 stars on the installation team. They were very thorough and meticulous. Great service from a great team. They had to move this large refrigerator up 2 long and steep flights of stairs, and make it around tight turns. All done perfectly. This kind of service is one of the reasons that I always shop at Best Buy.

Third attempt on getting a refrigerator in my house was very professional. Service man brought his own tools and didn’t need my help. Very personable too. If I could choose who did the delivery I would recommend the service

Efficient and friendly crew. But there are two small impact on the right door, meaning that something happened during the transport. When I pointed out the impacts I think that the crew should have immediately reported them and arranged for the door replacement. Instead they just told me to return the fridge for an exchange which in my view is good for a large impact but is not respectful with regard to sustainability. Best Buy should improve in this matter (both transport, on-the-spot solution with sustainability awareness).

Had to rely on Geek Squad to repair/replace broken water valve on brand new unit. Right after new Whirlpool refrig was installed kitchen floor got flooded as we tried to use in door water dispenser. Geek Squad send replacement parts directly to us and Tech came out to do repair. Turn around time was 4 days, so kudos to Geek Squad. We are glad that it seems to be working great now. No other issues so far.

Great Best Buy home delivery and installation for my new fridge, well worth the cost.

The installation was great. The fridge was up an running quickly. The team that brought it in was very careful of the item and the house while bringing it in.

Very nice refrigerator! Lots of room, real good lighting and nice display. However, when ice maker is refilling or someone is getting water from dispenser, water line is noisy. It is not overly loud, but more or less distracting. I would still get this refrigerator again!

These guys had to run a water line through the wall to connect the water to the refrigerator, highly recommend the professionals do it correctly!

This is a review about a guy connecting an existing water line to a new Samsung fridge, using an added extra $30 custom made water line. Well, he did it and it hasn't leaked in the few weeks that have since gone by so that's really all I can say about that.

There really is not much to say about this, they hooked it up and it works fine. No leaks.

Installation was great, they were fast and professional

All that was needed was to roll the Freezer across my garage into place and level it. There were no issues and it was plugged in and running in just a few minutes.

The installation to the Refrigerator/Freezer went pretty smoothly. Two people bought the refrigerator up to my apartment. One person adjusted it to the floor to even out as possible. The rest of the installation was taken care of by my Super from the apartment. Refrigerator is functionally well as of today.

The fridge by Samsung, I consider, the Cadillac of appliances. I purchased all four: fridge, range, microwave and dishwasher. All top notch. The dishwasher is so quiet I keep checking to see if it was working. Excellent delivery service by Phillpe . Very courteous, helpful and informative. I requested him for my second delivery.

Installer did an alright job, they added on extra charge so you have to becareful with the 3rd party vendors who actually do the install.

The installation was quick, easy and efficient. They answered all of my questions and cleaned up after themselves.

We had them remove the older unit and place it in the garage and then install the new one with water hookup. It could not have taken them more than 20 minutes to do the entire thing, and that included removing the front door to get the old unit out and the new one inside. Very fast and professional. No damage done to anything.
