Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After completing the pre-delivery instructions & verifying that the fridge would fit through our house, The day of delivery they came inside, said it wouldn't work and needed to return the item. My husband brought out the measuring tape and measured the doorway. He asked them how much more did they need- when they answered, he stated that there was still more than enough room. After giving grief they brought it into the kitchen and plugged it in. I paid the $40 to have the water line installed. They stayed they "don't do that" and that plugging it into the wall was the installation fee. When my husband told them to get out, they wouldn't leave at first, even asked to use our restrooms before going. It took a few minutes to install the water line ourselves after they left, but we could have done it a lot cheaper than $40 at a hardware store.

The technician broke our emergency shut off valve on our water line, we then had to shut off the water and hire a plumber to repair our water line. It is 5/10/24 and I have yet to have ANY correspondence with anyone regarding my claim. I spoke with Best Buy’s insurance provider who stated they are not responsible for the damage, the 3rd party company's would need to reimburse us even though we did not contract with them. This has been a nightmare and I want to return EVERYTHING we purchased.
