The techs who installed my LG refrigerator did a good job. I have no complaints.

The refrigerator is awesome. Just what I wanted. The delivery gentlemen knew exactly how to get the fridge into my kitchen and made it look effortlessly. The gentleman who hooked up the water was very professional and knew exactly what was needed.

They explained how everything worked and got it hooked up correctly. Great work - fast and easy!

timely, moved out old fridge, informed me my line was leaking, didn't see them level the fridge like the instructions suggest, had to work on that myself.

Ytge two men who installed my new samsung refrigerator were amazing! They had to completlt take It apart to get it through the door and the didn't complain once. They were very good at explaining everything and gave me great advice on things to help keep my appliance lasting longer

I’m sure the technicians are not perfect, but they did a perfect job in my home. From unloading and unpacking the refrigerator, to installing it and explaining the use and care of the equipment, they went the extra mile. More than a year later, everything is still running as it should!

great!!!! I love my new refrigerator but I'm unhappy about the original purchase of the 30 cu refrigerator bought on 9/30/22....still awaiting my refund on a CASH debit card purchase and have been getting the run around for my 2K refund!!!!!

The 2 gentlemen that installed the refrigerator were polite and professional. The did the install and took the old refrigerator and were out of the house in about 30min.

Wow, I have had both Home Depot and Lowes deliver and install appliances to my house and neither compared to the professionalism I experienced with the Best Buy Installers. They came through with extreme precision to get my fridge installed and verified everything was working and I was satisfied before leaving.

Very professional and courteous. They did a great job installing, and were very careful with everything. They were on time and took all the trash with them. Made sure all was working before they left including running the water to make sure everything was good.

We were very pleased with our shopping experience from start to finish. The Whirlpool refrigerator fits like a charm and works perfectly . The poor delivery men had to haul it up 18 steps into the apartment and did so without a problem. I would definitely recommend Best Buy and their team. Thank you for the great service.

Superb in every way - could not ask for better service

The installers came when they said they. They were very careful when moving the refrigerator through a doorway that was only one half inch wider than the refrigerator. Did not touch the doorway connected the water slid the new refrigerator in the space and removed the old refrigerator. Nice guys who do great work.

The waterline was installed fast and quick. It works great.

Good Service. However I was charged extra for installing the washing machine since the tech will not install the pipes that come with the samsung washing machine and I had to buy some different pipes from them.
