    Big fat zero. I have a beautiful new frig in my kitchen. Doesn’t work because they didn’t hook up ice maker or water. The doors put on wrong so beeps as though they are open. 2nd crew came out confined what a bad job first crew did and frig is being replaced but I have to wait again for another week.

    Miss the first delivery date even though I received a confirmation 30 minutes before the arrival time to ask me to prepare. All they could was rescheduling the delivery 3 days later with a promise to give us some compensation. On the second delivery date, they refused to install the fridge because they do not want to uninstall the old fridge, claiming the current ice water installation not up to code. Worst they did not bring the new fridge inside the house but dropped at my front door because they do not want to remove our front door to bring it in. We ended up asking friends to help bring it in the next day because all the food starting to spoil. The only acceptable thing is they came back to haul the old fridge away when we requested.

    They couldn’t hook up the water line so he left my frig in the garage. They came back a second time to pick up the old one.
