Excellent experience and everything went perfect! They were very knowledgeable and made sure I knew everything I needed to know.

The installation team was efficient. The fridge is doing what it should be doing. The team was respectful to my home. They called be fore they came and came early.

Happy with this purchase. The new refrigerator replaced one that was 25 yrs old. The new one is quiet, looks good, and gets the job done. I also like the large slide and reach pantry drawer. I purchased this particular size because my refrigerator box is on the small size.

The gentlemen who installed my freezer were on time,polite, and very fast. My freezer was ready to be used by the late afternoon of the day I got it.

What's the focal point in our kitchen? Our NEW LG refrigerator....spacious/lighted door window/great freezer space too. Improve how? Don't think you can :) Thank you....almost all of our home appliances are from BEST BUY!

My 17-year-old Kenmore refrigerator died and I bought this one as a replacement. It has more freezer space but the freezer fan noise is loud for me to have it in the kitchen where I stand a lot with the radio on top of it. It also makes a few weird noises that I'm not used to. It might be ok for a garage, but I can't live with it in my one-bedroom condo. I ended up getting exactly what I had before on Craig's list and I'm happy with that. Best Buy was excellent in retrieving the refrigerator they delivered without issue and I'm grateful.

My 81 year-old mother recently purchased a new Samsung Refrigerator online, after I helped her navigate the process. Her previous refrigerator was over 30 years old and we were excited about the new technology and features. This excitement was somewhat tempered, however, by Covid 19 and the thought of strangers entering our house. I have been diligently protecting my mother and no one had entered our home until Best Buy delivered our new refrigerator. My concerns were diminished immediately upon meeting the installation pros delivering our new purchase. They were efficient, not one scratch, ding or dent getting our old fridge into the garage, and bringing our shiny stainless steel beauty in its place. More importantly, we felt secure, because of their safety protocols, which were seamless and appeared to be effortless on their part (which in reality is anything but). Thanks to their efforts in a little less than 60 minutes we had a new refrigerator in our kitchen and the only evidence that they had been here was a business card. Thank you Geek Squad!

These guys installed my refrigerator on melted snow/ muddy day and did their best to keep everything neat and tidy. Everything was perfectly done.

I was set to have my new refrigerator installed and the guys double checked the doors, measured everything twice, and realized it was too big. They were professional, called in a reschedule and helped me out.

Install contractor for Best Buy are specialized and did a perfect job installing. My kitchen entry is narrow so they had to disassemble the drawers on bottom half of the refrigerator which were perfectly reinstalled in its space,

The installation guys came when they said they would. They were friendly, professional and fast. They answered our questions and showed us how everything works. They left no mess. We were happy.

The installation crew arrived on time, removed our old fridge and installed the new one. From start to finish, it took no more than 30 minutes, and we had a new working refrigerator. We were exremely pleased with the service.

The fridge is great! Dominic and his guys brought it in and took the old one out and were fantastic! Quick, efficient and professional! Made it a very painless switch!

They brought my new refrigerator in through the back door and took the old one out. Although smaller, the placed the new one roughly in the center of the footprint of the old one. They plugged it in and the light inside went on and we assumed it worked. It does.

Purchase, delivery, and set up went flawlessly. Great product at a great price. We will continue to shop Best Buy first.

The two guys delivering the freezer were wonderful. Brought in the freezer plugged it in and made sure it worked and was ready to go before they left. We had no packaging or anything else to deal with. Very professional!

The technician rescheduled the installation because he said he couldn't find our location. When he finally came he did a good job.

They were very fast and competent, out withing 30 minutes, and this included removing a too large for doorways refrigerator before they could begin the install of the LG.
