The installer seemed professional but a little rushed. We had to call Best Buy to come back to properly balance the fridge since it was very unsteady.

The guys were awesome, very professional, and kind.

Worst delivery experience. I waited a week for delivery, and when they showed up at the end of the delivery window, the contractor that brought the 3,000 dollar refrigerator immediately made excuses as to why he can’t install it. Says it will take too long. So he gets on the phone with someone, and tells me they will have someone call me within 2 hours to come out and install it. They never called me. I called back next morning and stayed on the phone for over an hour and I’m still waiting for another appointment for someone to come out and install. They say another week from now. So 2 weeks for installation. If I’m lucky. I’ve had great previous experiences with Best Buy, but this time is a huge disappointment. So I guess my fridge will continue to sit in the box in my garage for a while longer.

6/29- fridge delivered- delivery guys dropped in the middle of my kitchen without even plugging it in and drove off??? They broke my front door and the OPEN door alarm kept going off. Fridge was not cooling and I lost over $500 worth of food. Was on hold with client care for an hour and then the call dropped and I had to call again. 7/3 – Geek Squad- deemed fridge not working properly and advised fridge replacement 7/5 – Rescheduled delivery because they had no Refrigerators available? 7/12- Showed up to deliver new fridge and said they couldn’t because of the rain??? Now stuck on hold with client care as I type and finally told it has to come out of transfer status in order to reschedule for the 4th time. 7/22 new install date and a month without a working fridge Damages Done: Front door broken on 6/29 by delivery crew Over $500 worth of food spoiled 3 days taken off from work in order to be home and deal with this Complete and total frustration with service and the fact that my family is without a fridge for over 2 weeks now…

The refrigerator is great and the installer was very nice. However, the refrigerator didn’t slide in flush against the wall. We just needed to add an elbow to make the valve go backwards so the unit could slide neatly into the space. We feel this is something the intaller can be trained to do.

The first fridge did not work but I think it was because the guys tightened water line too hard. The replacement was better but they didn't take a lot of time to take trash with them.

It’s better to do it yourself. Two guys showed up full of attitude and Finally ended up doing nothing. They said we need a clear path to remove the old fridge and bring the new one. I measured everything and realized i have more than 3” gap on each side and this can be easily done. They left outside and talked to their manager and i decided to move the fridge myself. I moved it in two minutes and asked them to just drop my fridge at the door. Finally i I removed the old friedge myself and installed the new one. It was just waste of time and Money. I understand that rules and regulations at bea buy may prevent you from delivering a large refrigerator in a narrow kitchen, but i so not appreciate the attitude and unprofessional when i pay for things. Few things to remember: In cold weather you gonna have to close the door when tou come in. You will do this as many tome as necessary. Before hauling the old refrigerator, you need to empty the ice bucket so it wont splash all over the customer house. Customer doesnt haul things everyday, therefore they dont know these stuff. Its your responsibility to check it before moving it. If water splashed all over the customer house, its your responsibility to clean it. Put on shoe cover when you enter someone house. Specialyif kids are present. And saying sorry will show your courtesy and manner. So use it when its needed.
