Terrible service

The people who delivered my fridge did not know how to hook up existing water line to fridge. They did not even know what to do with the new water connection bestbuy sold to me when I bought the fridge. They left the fridge on the wheels and they did not know if they needed to stabilize the fridge or level it.

Bad Communication. No service

On the delivery day, they discovered the fridge was completely damaged so I had to reschedule for another day to have a new fridge deliver. I rescheduled and a few days before the new scheduled date, I received a phone call from BestBuy GeekSquad telling me I need to reschedule again because they wouldn't be able to make it. In addition, I would have to reschedule two separate days for my new fridge to get delivered, and a separate day for them to install my fridge and haul my old fridge away... that already was an inconvenience. Anyway, i rescheduled, the day came, My fridge was delivered this time, undamaged.. A week later, someone was supposed to come and install my new fridge and haul away the old one but the person came and said he could only haul the old fridge and that I would have to contact GeekSquad to come out to set up my ice maker. Funny, because GeekSquad originally contacted me to reschedule for them to come out that day!! No one ever came that day to set up my fridge and when i logged onto Best Buy, it shows that the installation service has been completed... Very disappointed in BestBuy's service.. My fridge is still not hooked up.
