Refrigerator was installed in a very timely manner and the installers took care while removing the old one, and bringing in the new one.

Had my ice maker and dishwasher installed through BestBuy, was done by a 3rd party service who showed up exactly when they said they would, and quickly installed both appliances, and changed out the water shut off valve because the existing one was 3/8 and used an adapter to one of the proper size. Very happy with their work and would highly recommend using BestBuy install services.

First fridge had something wrong with it but they ordered a new one and everything is great love the fridge

The delivery company/team was extremely professional/knowledgeable and polite. They did an excellent job bringing/installing my fridge on a 2nd Floor. ABSOLUTELY BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I ordered the same fridge/size from a different store before and when the delivery company/team arrived they were very rude/unprofessional and refused to bring it inside canceling the order. However, BEST BUY and their delivery company/team did an exceptional job. I was very pleased with their customer service and would be definitely getting all my purchases from them. I would definitely recommend Best Buy and their team!!!

Professional installation and quick best buys take care of everything including the old refrigerator. They Take it away.

Guys showed up to perform the refrigerator installation. Unfortunately, my old water line was installed by a moron who didn't realize that the controls shouldn't damage the wall trying to shut off the old water line. Turned off the outside (main) water line, replaced the valve, and completed the installation of the hose on my end myself. The guys were great for all the parts they were able to complete.

Angel and his team were on time, professional, provided great communication prior to delivery, and downright pleasant to work with.

We had a pretty easy install as the refrigerator we purchased didn't have to be hooked up to a water line or anything. The installers that came to our house were friendly and professional. They did a great job unboxing, then installing the fridge.

Didn’t level my freezer before they left. Other than that they did a good job with installing and removing the old freezer

I love the look and the fit but it is really loud. Not sure if this is our fridge or a common issue. Overall the look, the interior abc the build seem great.

Delivery men were nice and helpful and installed refrigerator nicely.

3 Attempts. First just left after stating they would deliver it, but couldn't install for a bizarre reason - were supposed to be waiting for support to call to figure out a solution. Second couldn't get it inside. Third, finally got it inside, we have to replace 4/5 doors. The installers certainly did not leave it ready to use, unless plugging it in and calling it good counts. Didn't care to open the parts package which would have helped with the install since it had things like filtration system parts and leveling tools so the doors on a 5 door aren't all crooked (which they are). One of the installers was trying to pry open the water filter door with his knife. It opens with a simple push and click. The worst part is that on the +$4k fridge it seems that they had grease all over their hands and basically covered the entire surface from top to bottom. Much of it came off, but some of it seems to have stained. If we weren't getting most of the doors replaced because they are damaged from delivery, I would be irate about that. For the record, we ordered the entire kitchen set and the first installers who did the other 3 appliances were fine. Got everything set up, at least attempted to wipe them down, and then did a quick run through of the basics and what they all did. Best Buy support has been good throughout the process, but when coming on our 4th appointment including the other issues with the delivery providers it's hard not to be upset.

The refrigerator was exactly what I had chosen and it fit perfectly. The installation was quick and removal of the older refrigerator was appreciated. Once delivered and plugged in, it was checked to make sure all working parts were in order allowing me to also inspect the item before installers departed.

The delivery and installation were very well done. I was updated on the timing of the delivery, the team was efficient, polite, and very careful with the item and with moving it into the house. Very well done

The installers were very good how they brought the fridge into the house and set it where we wanted I have a friend who also was looking for a new fridge and when he saw the one I had said to me he liked how nice it looked I told him where I purchased it at Best Buy and he said he would go to look and purchase

Fridge is cool, I’m a single dad and it’s perfect. Not to big not to small. Good purchase highly recommended.
