The delivery people were very polite, the were accommodating and well informed.

The two gentlemen that came did a great job, took their time making sure there was room to bring in the refrigerator. They had to remove the screen door in order to get it in, they were very patient. They make sure they explained everything and then put the screen door up and left

On one of the hottest days of the year, my freezer was delivered. They did a fantastic job. They had to remove and replace basement door and they were very proficient and careful when they did it. Couldn’t have asked for better.

The delivery and installation crew did an outstanding job. Had to move an old refrigerator from our 2nd level condo and install a new French door refrigerator. No wall damage (even with a stairway with a 90 degree turn). Smooth and efficient. These guys can do it all.

This was the most professional and precise team I've ever had come out to the house to install or repair ANYTHING. They arrived on time. They were very careful when removing fridge doors so it would fit through my front door. There were extremely careful moving that fridge through the house. The lead, guiding the other 2, as they moved the fridge was on point with his directions and very watchful of any obstacle. They plugged the new waterline hookup, set up the fridge, and then did a very quick rundown of the main features. They were very helpful in answering any question that I had. Absolutely the best install I've ever had. The best team that's ever visited my house. I am always worried to check and pay for an installation.. NEVER AGAIN will that happen with Best Buy. If this is how all installation teams are, I will GLADLY pay for this service in the future.

In general install for my new fridge, they broke a piece of my floorboard getting it in or taking my old fridge out. I usually wouldn't want to leave a bad review but, they broke my floorboard. I've tried to leave a review saying what happened and tried chatting with someone online to see if there's anything you guys can do for me but I haven't received any responses yet.

The installation was completed in a professional manner. Install team very polite and cleaned up after the install. The process to replace the refrigerator under warranty was long and drawn out. Geek Squad attempted to repair the refrigerator 4 or 5 times before they agreed to replace it.

The delivery team made fast work in getting the refrigerator delivered & installed. They explained what we would need to before using the water or ice. They assembled all the shelving & left the area very clean!!

After getting off to a rough start - this refrigerator was a replacement for a defective one, which somehow made it out of the factory and unfortunately to my domicile - Carl and Alex expertly removed the offender and made sure the replacement was fully functioning BEFORE it left the Medford Best Buy store.

Friendly and mostly helpful, though unable to align the fridge doors correctly.

The installers took great care moving and installing the refrigerator especially making sure there were no leaks. Went over instructions of operation a little too quickly. I should have asked to go over a few items a second time. My error.

These guys were great! This refrigerator is really big and these two guys had to really work at getting it into the space that the old fridge was. We had measured several times but had not considered the curved out area in the door part which made it a little bigger! These 2 guys were amazing, and really went above and beyond delivering and installing my appliances that day!

The team did a great job. They got here on time, worked efficiently to hook the refrigerator, and checked the water was being dispensed properly before leaving. They even inserted all of the shelving for me!
