guys were very helpful and did a great job with the installation

The two guys showed up in time in a blank truck, and they got the fridge inside (with a lot of my help). That’s the good part. However, the older of the two was also rude, spoke down to me, and managed to cause an issue that needed to be handled later. I do not recommend Best Buy continue to use that delivery service.

The delivery Guy couldn't install the the cord because it was too short between waterline and refrigerator. I was not pleased.

Installation not performed because location only has looped copper supply line and not a valve required by installer. (The valve requirement was in fine print for installation agreement.) After purchasing a coupler, I attached the supply line. I'd recommend the basic installation if you have a valve at the desired location and are not comfortable attaching the lines yourself.

Nice item but I feel it should come in extended sizes due to water line location and fridge location which with me was not the case so I couldn’t use it. Also why make it so that you have to have an existing waterline connection instead of your installers doing all of it to be sure it’s done correctly?

They brought it, after their install window time so it was a bit late. They broke the lower door shelf when setting it up. They refused to reverse the door so it opens the right way, in the past Best Buy did that so I'm not sure why they could not. For the broken shelf they got me a gift card.

Terrible experience. We’ve had the wrong refrigerator delivered and installed to fighting with the staff that the wrong fridge was delivered to having the right refrigerator delivered with dentsin the stainless steel. Still waiting for our refrigerator coming in July.

The installer did a good job overall, but didn't test the water line. It leaked overnight and damaged my hardwood floor.

It was a nice service that BestBuy provided to drop off my product and took care of it

I am in no way unhappy with the delivery people. I am upset with best buy customer service. Long story short short they have you over the barrel and will not take back their damaged goods. Fridge came damaged. Was told by the installer best buy appliance would contact me that night... they didn't. Went to bestbuy and got a number to call. spent forever on hold finally talked to a person. They offered me 10% back (about $240 but the damaged fridges similar to mine are 900$ less) When i said no replace the fridge they put me on hold again and eventually hung up on me.

I believe that the fridge delivery process needs to be adjusted. First of all they only scheduled one hour for my stop, which means that other stops are probably scheduled the same way and that is why they are normally running late. My old refrigerator was too large to take out as is so they had to take the doors off then reassemble it in the garage since we kept it. The new refrigerator was also to big to bring in without the doors being removed and that was not the easiest process and I had to help. With regards to the water connection, that failed. The original fitting was on so tight that it apparently broke during the disconnect because about 2 hours after they left, which was 3 hours after they arrived there was a slow drip. I turned the water off and we had to wait 4 days before they could come out to see what was wrong. Couldn't fix it at that time, promised to come back the next night but never showed. I spoke directly to our "case manager" who was great. They agreed to let have a plummer come and fix the issue and they are reimbursing me for the cost plus a little extra for trouble. Best Buy made it right.

Horrible customer service! Best Buy has outsourced all customer service to India. You cannot even talk to a person at your local store if you call. Delivery of fridge cancelled twice without notice during the delivery window! When I called and to talk to someone in India, it was impossible to get answers, they did not care, and did not offer any compensation voluntarily which I still have yet to receive. After this experience, I have decided I will never order anything for delivery and installation from Best Buy again due to the now horrible outsourced customer service to save a buck!

The installer said their truck was full so they could not dispose of the appliance. They put it our on my curb and said they would be back the next day. I don't know if they had returned to do this. Someone took it prior to the next day.

The installation team was average. No major complaints, but no reason to give them more than an average rating.

First scheduled appointment was a no show. The next appointment they wanted to just drop and run. I had to make the workers actually put on the handles and level the refrigerator. I had to hook up the ice and water and take all of the tape and plastic off the unit.

All of my questions were answered and there were no hiccups in thi installation process.

Installers would not connect the ice maker because we have a plastic line. Had to have a plumber connect it,

They put the responsibility on us before they left . It didn’t work then still don’t we paid them for them to hook up

The installer came one hour and half later than the window that I was given. They left the fridge door shelves inside the fridge without installing them. They did not remove the tape or the labels. I am very disappointed with the service. The whole process have been very stressful. I am just glad it's over now.
